"DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS INSURANCE HERE!! Auto and home is fine but these guys completely ruined my business insurance setup. I originally brought my 4 auto policies and home owners insurance here which was extremely confusing to begin with but the guy, Gary, was helpful and we figured it out. I thought why not have all of my insurance in the same place so I had them quote me and it was comparable to what I was already paying so I gave them the green light. A few weeks later I get a letter saying they're cancelling my business insurance because they need an audit. Noone told me about this audit but I got it done then they sent me a bill for an additional $260 based on the audit. So I said hey I'm just going to go back to my original provider keep the auto and home but drop the business insurance, it had only been like 6 weeks since we set it up. I'm not going to get into all of the nonsense with that because this review is already too long but longer story a little shorter they refunded me 35% of what the original 12 month premium was after only 6 weeks. 35% of a 12 month premium after 6 weeks of coverage!! Nobody there returns phone calls and when they do they seem more confused than I am. I am still waiting on an explanation for the refund they sent me noone has called since last Wednesday so I am posting this review to warn others DO NOT BRING THEM YOUR BUSINESS INSURANCE!!"
