After a problem came up (which Sonja was not responsible for) and I requested to be transferred to another agent, Sonja immediately jumped in and took charge: clear and consistent communication, setting expectations, and seeing the problem through to the end. What had previously been a month-long issue ended up being completely resolved in less than 5 business hours once Sonja got involved. I am incredibly appreciative that they were able to help me.
